At TZ SMART (a brand of TZ TRADERS), we are committed to delivering your audio electronics and lifestyle accessories in the best condition and as quickly as possible. We partner with Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics aggregator, to provide you with reliable shipping and real-time tracking.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to over 24,000+ pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a rural area, our logistics partners (via Shiprocket) like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express ensure your package reaches you.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

• Standard Processing: All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
• Dispatch Location: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Bawana, North West Delhi (110039).

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, the estimated delivery time is:

• Delhi / NCR: 1–2 Business Days.
• North India (Punjab, Haryana, UP, etc.): 2–3 Business Days.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc.): 3–5 Business Days.
• Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days.

4. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this, a nominal fee of ₹50–70 applies.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes. A flat COD handling fee of ₹50 may apply.

5. Real-Time Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification from Shiprocket with your tracking link. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time from our warehouse to your doorstep.

6. Important Shipping Guidelines

• Safe Packaging: Our high-quality Speaker Crossovers and connectors are packed in shock-resistant materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Unboxing Video: For the safety of your purchase, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video. In case of any transit damage, this video will help us process your replacement through Shiprocket’s insurance quickly.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your contact number and pin code are correct to avoid RTO (Return to Origin) charges.
