Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old or under parental supervision to make purchases.
2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Right to Cancel: TZ Smart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations, inaccuracies in product/pricing information, or suspected fraud.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a technical pricing error, the company may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Dispatch Timeline: Most items (DJ accessories, cables, sunglasses) are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Mandatory Proof of Unboxing
As a core condition of sale, TZ Smart requires proof for all claims of damage or missing items:
The Rule: You must record an unboxing video starting from the original, unopened seal.
Deadline: This video must be submitted via email (tzsmartofficial1@gmail.com) or WhatsApp within 2 days of receipt.
Consequence: Failure to provide a “Single Shot” unboxing video will result in the forfeiture of your right to a refund or exchange.
5. Limitation of Liability
TZ Traders (Mohd Tanzeel & Mohd Zeeshan) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of their products (e.g., if a cable fails during a live event). Liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the purchased product.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including logos, product photos, and descriptions, is the property of TZ Traders. Unauthorized use of this material is strictly prohibited.
