TZ SMART: 7-Day Returns & Refunds Policy

At TZ SMART (TZ TRADERS), we offer a straightforward 7-day return window to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase while maintaining the highest standards for our professional audio and lifestyle products.

1. 7-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. To receive a full refund, the product must be:

• In brand-new condition with original, unopened packaging.
• Returned with all items included in the original box (manuals, cables, accessories).

2. Missing/Damaged Fee (15% Deduction)

If a product is returned and is not in “Brand New” condition, a 15% fee will be deducted from your refund. This applies to:

• Wear & Tear: Small scratches, dents, or marks on the product.
• Packaging: Damage to the original manufacturing box.
• Missing Items: Missing manuals, driver CDs, or small accessories.
• Return Transit Damage: Any damage caused by poor packing during the return shipment.
• Tampered Barcode: Missing or altered product serial numbers/barcodes.

Note: We cannot process refunds for items with significant damage or missing major parts (e.g., power supplies or main connector cables).

3. Reporting Window for Damage (2 Days)

• Physical Damage: Must be reported within 2 days of delivery with video/photo proof sent to tzsmartofficial1@gmail.com.
• Missing Accessories: Must be reported within 2 days. Claims made after this period will not be honored.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

• Non-Satisfaction Returns: If you are returning a product that is not defective (e.g., changed your mind), you are responsible for shipping it back. Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup for a fee of 7% of the product value (up to ₹3,000), which will be deducted from your refund.
• Defective/Wrong Items: TZ SMART will cover the shipping costs for verified defects or incorrect shipments.
• Courier Pickup: After 3 unsuccessful pickup attempts by our courier, the return request will be cancelled.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Hygiene Items: Harmonicas, Flutes, and all Headphone/Earphones (except Vault brand).
• Software/Registration: Audio Interfaces, MIDI Keyboards, or software that requires account registration.
• Manufacturer Seal: Any product where the factory seal has been broken (unless the product is malfunctioning).
• Power Damage: Products damaged by inappropriate power supplies or voltage spikes.

6. Return Process & Address

1. Authorize: Call +91-7827166642 (Ext. 3) to start the process.
2. Pack: Mention your Name, Mobile Number, and Order Number on the package.
3. Ship to:TZ TRADERS Plot No – 672, Block-B, J J Colony, Bawana, North West Delhi, Delhi – 110039

Refunds: Once verified at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
