Shipping policy

Shopping & Shipping Partnership Policy

1. Tracking Your Order

Since they use Shiprocket, you don’t just have to rely on the TZ Smart website. You can track your package directly through the Shiprocket portal using your AWB (Air Waybill) Number or Order ID:

  • Tracking Link: shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking/
  • Status Updates: You should receive automated SMS and Email updates at every stage: Order Picked, In-Transit, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.

2. Shiprocket “Buyer Protect” Rules

Because TZ Traders is a merchant on the Shiprocket platform, they are bound by certain “Buyer Protect” standards.

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: Shiprocket’s own policy for merchants suggests that claims for damaged or wrong items must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • The Unboxing Requirement: Shiprocket also requires an unboxing video for claims. If your video is clear, Shiprocket’s system makes it very difficult for the merchant (Mohd Tanzeel & Mohd Zeeshan) to deny the claim without a valid reason.

3. NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Policy

If the courier agent claims they tried to deliver but you weren’t home (and you actually were):

  • Shiprocket allows you to “escalate” an NDR.
  • If a delivery fails, the courier must make 3 attempts before the package is sent back to the Bawana warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin).

4. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives crushed or torn:

  • Do Not Accept: If the Shiprocket packaging is visibly damaged, you can refuse the delivery.
  • Insurance: Shiprocket provides transit insurance for many shipments. If the product was broken before you opened it, TZ Traders can claim insurance from Shiprocket, which makes it easier for them to refund you.
